
Volunteer Instructions
•Creating a Call: You will be able to create calls in the create a call button on the home screen which residents will be able to sign up for. To create a call, you need to sign up for a google meet, copy the google meet code/link and then fill out the various input boxes, and then click create a call. 5 minutes before your call is scheduled to take place, a notification with you google meet link will appear. Click this notification, and it will take you to your google meet. A max of 5 residents will be able to sign up for the same call.
•View upcoming calls: Here you will be able to view calls that you have created. You will be able to cancel calls that you have created in this section as well
•Volunteer profile: Here you will be able to view hours that you have completed, and completed calls. Here you can manually add hours (you have 30 minutes from the end of a registered call to add hours), and send your hours to various volunteer clubs/organizations via email. This email will include your completed hours, as well as your completed registrations.

Resident Instructions
Welcome to ConnectMe. Through this app you will be able to connect with various high school aged volunteers.
Register for a Call: Volunteers will create call listings which you can sign up for. All you need to do is tap on a call which you would like to attend, and confirm your selection below. 5 minutes before the call is scheduled to take place, you will receive a notification/reminder with a google meet code. Just tap on that notification, and it will take you to the call. Only 5 residents can sign up for the same call.
View Upcoming Calls: You can view your upcoming calls in the Upcoming calls section on the main menu. Here you will also be able to cancel your call registration.
